Professional with 25 years of experience in the areas of product development, commercial team development, foreign trade, logistics and purchasing, with commercial operations in 6 countries, international sales and 55 trips to China.

My passion is the continuous improvement in everything I undertake in my life and that has been the engine of my development as a person. My purpose is to show you that there is the possibility of improving the management of your organization. It is something that I have experienced personally in my professional career.

It is not always easy to identify, from within the organization, where the opportunities to add value are, since day-to-day life often does not allow it. The fear of changing what is established is what stops or hinders the detection of opportunities to achieve the optimization of resources and, with it, add real value to an organization.

My international work experience in multiple areas of companies, as well as working with multicultural teams from various disciplines in more than 20 industries, have given me the opportunity to acquire extensive experience regarding problems to be solved.
My trajectory is the reason why I have been working for 4 years as an external advisor for companies from different industries, with which I have put into practice all this acquired experience and which have resulted in constant successes, as well as important lessons learned in the mistakes experienced.
